Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - AM/Manager, SME Endpoint Management Technology- Airwatch Workspace one (MDM)
In this role you will serve as Airwatch workspace one MDM platform SME for Endpoint Management, responsible for performing all aspects of Patching planning, setup, deployment, engineering and maintenance.
You shall be expected to manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT implementations across multiple towers including applications, products etc.Responsibilities- Design and validation of new and current Platform
- Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains
- Needs to manage OEMs relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal and partner stakeholders
- Must have experience of managing Technical Team and ability to empower Team.
- Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability
- Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
- Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are inline with customer requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
- Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of Workspace one(MDM) Enterprise environment
- Candidate with rich years of experience in Design, architect, Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Airwatch workspace one for Business scale of 20K+ Endpoints
- Must have experience of Tanium Design, Architect, installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience on Patching platform for business scale of 20k+ Endpoints.
- Should have understanding on endpoint persistent Tool i.e. Absolute, endpoint Imaging tool Smart deploy/Smart imager etc.
- Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting
- Experience managing an OS image for large corporate environments
- Deployment, installation and administration of products
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the companys business needs and strategic objectives
- Investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences
- Experience in building MSIs/package using automated tools
- Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) tools
- Linux CLI and Script expertise
- Certification in Airwatch workspace one MDM platform
- Certification and Deep understanding on Tanium platform
- Fair understanding on Absolute, Smart deploy and Win10 endpoints
