**About the Role

*The Program Lead will own the creation and delivery of future state support processes for automation. The successful candidate would be a problem solver, who is able to dive into unstructured environments and conflicting priorities to design and influence ideal state workflows. The individual will be expected to manage a diverse set of stakeholders across teams, businesses and geographies. The role requires strong process design experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.

**What Youll Do

Design globalized, future state support processes that are automation-ready Work cross-functionally to solicit feedback from business stakeholders on the proposed process design and user experience Collaborate with Product Managers to determine the technical feasibility of the proposed future state support processes Program manage completed, in-flight and upcoming work to a challenging stakeholder audience Be the expert in the room on proposed workflows down to the most intricate details while simultaneously understanding how the manual processes are performed today Mentor and grow junior team members in the areas of process harmonization, process improvement, and program management

**What Youll Need *

 Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a background in process improvement, project management, strategy, product operations, or management consulting Experience with structured problem solving Exceptional communication and organization skills Flexibility - You have the ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment

 Proven leadership capabilities, acting as a role model for direct reports and other junior team members Ability to shape and adapt your teams mandate as it relates to other teams in a layered/matrixed org (across different Uber businesses, across regions, at a global level) Entrepreneurial spirit - You have the drive to continue building and improving all processes. Customer Support Operations tech experience Well versed in the inner-workings of a contact center
