Job description
- Position Name :- Assistant Manager QA/QC
Duties & Responsibility
Responsible for Implementation and maintenance of Inline quality management system (ISO, IATF) in manufacturing process.Responsible for leading Internal/external quality audit, process audit, product audit, customer-supplier audit along with internal teams and external certification bodies.Handle supplier quality issues, customer complaints and quality nonconformity issues. Drive investigation activities, root cause analysis and corrective actions.Works with production to solve in house quality concerns, review of non conforming product and recommends disposition.Focus on quality assurance of end-to-end manufacturing process, follow up on CAPA actions, implementations, & effectiveness check. Ensuring manufacturing process/CAPA are Inline with approved SOP/CAPA actions.Oversee the release of in-process goods, and final product which comply with company standards.Excel in resource and planning, implement of quality improvement tools like 7QC tools, FMEA, PPAP & Pokeyoke etc.Being a role model and committed to ambitious targets driving business results, such as competitive cost, high quality products.
Desired Skills
Experience with international standards as there are ISO 9001, IATF, ASTM etc. related core tools.
Good communication& Organizational skills.Possess strong interpersonal communication.Team Player.Self-starter & Analytical mind.Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.Computer expertise and proficiency with, ERP, SAP, AX and other related technologies to perform the functions.
Experience in Adhesive tape will be added advantage.
