Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Focus on new business
Regular follow up on Sales lead and convert in business
Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Prospect and identify potential customers and the decision makers within the customers organization.
Research and build relationships with new customers.
Set up meetings between customers decision makers and company's representatives.
Work with pricing and operations team to develop solution that fulfills customers requirements, concerns and objectives.
Periodic review with customers to ensure business continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
Be able to independently develop understanding of a customer's business model, trade flows and business drivers.
Good negotiable skills.
