At least 5 -8 years of hands on end to end recruiting experience in product/technology companies
Experience in recruiting software engineers in embedded wireless technologies
Strong experience in using social media tools like Linkedin, job portals etc
Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
Understanding of the competitive landscape and target companies.
