Responsibilities:Payroll Operations: Manage end to end payroll and TA application development and requirement finalization of AU NZ payroll oUnderstand all payroll requirement including statutory obligation to implement payroll and TA application for AU NZ.

oConnect with upstream and downstream stake holders like People Solution, Business operation etc. to understand and finalize requirement for applications.oEnsure the integration/interfaces between oAccurate expense recordings with finance finances oProcess Atomization ReengineeringoContinuous process improvement

oYearend activities including disbursement of year-end forms to employees oInternal external audit along with SOX compliance and vendor auditoSOPs Auditable Process documentationoSLAs managementoInternal Business Partnering oMonitoring sustainability including strengthening SLAs, back-up plans, information security, contingency process, process controls to ensure I/E audits compliances are metoProjects on Migrations, Transitions and Mergers / acquisitionsoPerformance Management Career Management of the team Training: Conducting trainings on new processes; legislative updates; change management and In-country requirements on reporting.
