Job Description

Responsibilities:

Acts as a senior consultant on the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification, of new products and/or enhancements

Meet with executives, stake holders, subject matter experts, computer analysts, and software developers to understand business needs.

Translate corporate objectives into measureable goals and solutions

Identify and develop new technology strategies to meet challenges of high volume business

Lead team to improve processes and tools that relate to team s execution and overall productivity

Establish and maintain consistent procedures, metrics and development approaches

Qualifications:

Experience leading software development and engineering teams, 8 years of Sr. Software Engineer; 5 years of People Management skills.

Strong, current knowledge of modern web application development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST, Microservice Architecture, React, java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.

Strong understanding of SQL, no-SQL, and in-memory databases including Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL.

Experience with Cloud technologies, AWS.

Demonstrated leadership in executing a short/long-term strategic vision with the ability to explore and recommend technology investment

Ability to inspire and cooperation and participation
