Job Requirement

* Experience: 0 - 2 Years

* Qualification: Any Graduate with IT Background

* Technologies Trained /Certified: Windows Server, VMware , Network Trained, IOC, Desktop Admin, CCNA, MCSE, MCP, MCSA, A+ (Certification is added advantage )

* Communication: Effective English verbal and written communication skills with good email etiquette.

* Ability to comprehend relevant accent, knowledge and process flow

* Willing to work in any shifts (Rotational shifts)

Skills Required:

* Work experience in IT support activities using a help desk software application

* Knowledge of E-Mail system fundamentals

* Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office and Active Directory preferred

* Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, MS/NT)

* Familiar with internet and WEB browser concepts
