Job Description
You Will...
- Leading & Managing the IT HW Sub Category spend Globally including data center consumables Purchases, IT scrapping etc
- Must be able to handle spend of large scale amount $17M to $20M at his / her own capacity
- Must be have in depth knowledge over IT HW Purchase / services trends & able to map it with Amdocs IT needs
- Must be have global vendor management experience, well versed with IT HW Purchase / service vendor offering etc
- Should be able to coordinate with respective subcategory manager to delivered PMI, New site office, expansion projects etc
- The candidate will act an independent, Sole contributor & should be an expert at his job
- Must have high value contract negotiations skills & excellent command over English
- Should be able to perform all operational activities of communication group globally including PO issuance, Purchase requisition, Contract signing, etc if required
- Build customer satisfaction through effective Performance and stake holder management
- Build Synergy with key stake holders to enhance the performance and speed of the process
- Building a process improvement framework through good business analysis and process optimization techniques
- Managing key critical Projects as per milestone calendars
- Building the culture towards innovation and creativity within the team
- Knowledge about logistics, SCM, Tax compliances, Import/export terms & hands on experience in to it
General Experience Required:
- Preferably 08-10 years of relevant industry experience - in IT Procurement, vendor management, Spend management, Compliance etc
- Excellent communication skill
