jD :

Service Desk Management.


* Candidates who want to start their career Technical Support.

* Good knowledge  in Troubleshooting, Windows, OS, Hardware and Software, networking

* Knowledge on O365, MS OFFICE Suite, Active Directory, Hardware and Software related troubleshooting skills.

* Providing Technical support on calls and resolving issues and queries of the customers and clients. 

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Two way cab facility is provided.

* Candidates should be available in Gurgaon location.

* Flexible to work in Rotational shift including Night shift.
Exp - 1-3 yrs

Max CTC = 35 K as a CTC

NP - 0 - 15 day Max

Work location: Gurgaon.
