Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking for someone who has experience in Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating with Talent Guide team. Correspond with candidates and clients including sending meeting requests via Outlook/Hirevue tool.
  • Update feedback/outcome interview on tool.
  • Assist Interviewers in updating feedback on the tool.
  • Create/update job aids for scheduling
  • Experience handling multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail.
  • Graduation is must
  • Extensive experience using the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Word, Excel & PPT.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
