Job Description

We are partnering with Code Fellows to bring their world class curriculum to our newly hired junior software developers. We are looking for someone with strong experience developing software products and a passion for teaching to lead this program. We are a venture backed, US based SaaS company with stock options, strong benefits, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities Duties:

Train junior software engineers to build distributed applications in Python Javascript (ES6 )
Improve existing curriculum based on student results and feedback
Work with team in the United States to ensure student success

Mandatory Qualifications Skills:

Passion for teaching and mentoring students
You have 2 years of experience mentoring and/or teaching software engineering
You have 3 years work experience as part of a core engineering team at a product company
Deep understanding and experience working with Python JavaScript using ES6 and above or TypeScript
Experience building robust customer facing frontend experiences using ReactJS/Redux or AngularJS platforms
Good problem solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms Excellent communication and presentation skills

Supporting Skills:

Container based development with tools such as Docker
Experience working with data streaming applications built with Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink etc
Experience working with Kubernetes
