Job1: Senior Java Developer
6 to 10 years of hands on experience in designing and developing Java and J2EE applications
- Solid experience with Core Java
- Solid experience with Spring framework
- Solid experience with Unit testing- jUnit, mockito
- Experience with Agile process & ceremonies
- Good understanding of RDBMS & NoSQL - Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB
- Experience developing micro-services & REST APIs
Job2: Sr Java Developer
- Agile Methodology
- Detailed knowledge of Java development frameworks for Enterprise applications
- Experience in Java 8, Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot ( nice to have)
- Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery
- Experience utilizing frameworks and technologies such UML, Spring, Junit, XML, XSL transformations, JAXB.
- Strong database skills - SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle.
- Experience with Web Services, SOA and messaging technologies MQ and JMS
- Experience with continuous integration tools: Maven, Bamboo, TFS, ANT and Sonar.

Job4: Java Developer

- Experience working on Agile methodology.
- Experience in either Maven, Ant or Gradle.
- Hands-on experience on Static Analysis tools like Sonarcube, Checkmarx, etc, JMS MQ/Solace.
- Familiar with DEVOPS process (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of user interface frameworks, Java, Application servers
- Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery
- Understanding on cloud computing PCF ,Docker containers is good to have
- Financial domain experience is good to have.
Job5:Project Manager
Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance.
Experience: 8- 10 years
- Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of direct experience in project management role, during which time you successfully drove continuously improved team performance with software development teams
- Experience working with executive stakeholders, product owners, project sponsors, and/or upper management
- Exhibits strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills
- Strong problem resolution, advocacy, and ownership of issues and risks
- Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Proactive, consistently demonstrates initiative to take ownership of resolving issues and gaps
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards
- Experience with project estimations, forecasting resources, and managing project budget
- Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
- Own full alignment across dependent teams within a release train; manage risks and dependencies such that all parties are aligned with delivery strategy and sequence
- Experience leading data driven or web solution projects
- Drive project execution and communication as necessary to ensure a shared understanding of dependencies.
- Working experience with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Kanban, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Project Management or related technical discipline
- Industry Certification PMP, SAFe Agile, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master or other project management certification
- 4+ years of experience as a Project manager leading projects
- Experience leading software development projects, implementing database and data warehouse solutions on Datastage, Cognos, or implementing BI solution projects in banking domain.
- Mastery of project management practices and standards for risk management, resource management, budget management, managing roadmap, and deployment/implementation planning.
