Job Description

Senior Manager, IT Risk & Governance

The role will be an integral part of our development teams and will be responsible for IT Risk Management in product and delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk assessment of internal processes and develop risk and control matrix (RCM) in line with COBIT, ISO, and ITIL best practices and recommendations
• Review IT controls around user access management, change management, backup and restoration management, SDLC, database and operating system baseline security, and incident management.
• Manage test of design and effectiveness of client s IT general controls which has a material impact on financials.
• Evaluate SOC reports (Type I and II) of service organizations, and report on IT control issues and gaps to IT Controllership.
• Manage stakeholders from the technology team, control owners, process owners, and external auditors daily.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate/ Postgraduate
  Certifications in COBIT, CISA
• Experience in any one or more of the following, in managing
  • SOX compliance reviews,
  • COBIT assessment & implementation,
  • SOC 1 and 2 reviews,
  • Information security audit,
  • GRC Advisory, IT Audits/ control testing and third-party risk management
  • Application control testing,
  • General IT Controls (GITC) testing and compliance reviews.

Preferred qualifications

• BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
• Technologies: SQL, SAP, Oracle
• Industries Life Sciences, Healthcare
