Mandatory Skills:

• Accountable forsuccessful delivery and coordination of the onboarding program for new hires It involves scheduling onboardinglearningprograms, facilitating and coordination of those programs on the front and back end.
• Deliver key PS Start, 90 day program and campus sessions in person and virtually.
• Plan and execute onboarding related projects- onboarding needs identification, 90 day plan, process improvements, analyzing dashboards for new hire feedback and continuous measures to enhance new hire experience.
• Quality effectiveness for Amigo- the onboarding chatbot and measure its success for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate campus new hire level soft skills sessions in house and in various campuses.
• Innovate & update existing training material for PS Start and 90 day program, in collaboration with other teams.
• Keep up with the industry trends in onboarding, innovate and think creatively on creating a better new hire experience using technology or any other means to bring more engagement.
