Job Description
Associate, Operational Risk Audit
The role would require knowledge and experience working in financial services, banking or insurance or any similar industry and testing of the deals with compliant of various policies and SOP (standard operating procedure) of Operational Risk
Role and Responsibilities:
- Testing deals compliant to the policies and Guidelines
- Overall responsibility for maintaining Quality and timelines of process delivery
- Over time, gain understanding of Control Testing Function including upstream and downstream implications and become a SME in QA
- In-depth interpretation of instructions related to reports & recommendations and to work on streamlining tasks to Improve Efficiency in new processes or process improvements in the existing activities
- Intra process communication and standard methodologies sharing
- Ability to connect with Customer, Leadership & business.
- Collaborate with customer s leadership, ensure adherence to SLAs & able to balance clients independently
- Able to detail the operational definition in discussion with customers, maintain the most current SOP
- Building communication plans for the customers
- Take responsibility for providing and maintaining internal process metrics and tracking key deliverables.
- Update SOPs as and when required
- Preparation of dashboard and report the Key Highlights to the partners.
- Carry out Adhoc projects as and when it needed
Qualification
- Should have a Bachelor s degree or higher
- Should have expertise in VBA, Advance Excel and SQL and relevant experience and should be able to perform automations
- SQL experience is added advantage
- Candidate should have knowledge of basic finance concepts
- Should be ready to work in Night shift.
- Good communication skills-written and oral
