Job Description
AVP, Banking and Financial Services Leader
In this role as BFS Ops leader, you will be responsible for leading the operations for all accounts under BFS in the region
Are you the one we are looking for
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio of Banking Operations across the region. Set up operations in new sites, grounds up.
- Lead P&L responsibility for the vertical
- Set up all sub-functions within operations for new accounts including Training, Quality, Workforce management and
- Network within the organization to form relationships at all levels (decision-makers and influencers)
- Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Confirmed experience in leading large teams in 24*7 contact center environment
- Ability to establish relationships with CXO level partners
- Executive-level presentation skills
- Consultative selling expertise
- Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
- Executive-level discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors
- Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations
- Experience demonstrating Digital and Analytics to drive the service line
- Process transformation experience
Preferred qualifications
- Prior P&L responsibilities for Banking related products
- Operations experience passionate about credit card customer services and collections in a 24/7.
