Job Description

Experience:

4-6 years strong accounting experience
Expertise on cost analysis, Planning, PL Management

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Take lead role in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Provide weekly reporting to management.
Responsible for creating and analyzing key financial metrics, reviewing against targets, and identifying opportunities for improvements.
Provide analytical support and prepare ad hoc analyses as needed.
Identify and analyze potential financial issues / risks.
Take leadership role in engaging operations personnel.
Analyzes financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies.
Provides recommendations to achieve the organization s financial objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Work directly with Service Parts Operations team members on various process improvement projects and analysis initiatives.
Take lead role in working with Logistics and Supply Chain operations personnel to drive inventory and cost savings opportunities; and to track related SDP project savings.
