Job Description
- Monitor and track invoices stuck in payment process
- Investigate and identify reason which prevent Account Payable to process payments
- Work in collaboration with Global Procurement, Account Payables, Amdocs vendors and Amdocs internal customers to promote the payment process in the most accurate and fast way
- Identify, assess and solve complex business problems across the P2P function, where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of variable factors
- Follow and implement procurement & finance strategic guidelines, standards and controls
- Build and develop a strong partnership with our internal company procurement partners
- Provide Global Procurement reporting and analytics
- Coordinate with global functions to ensure support various localizations need
- Operate within and in accordance with helpdesk published service level agreements
- At least 2 years of experience in invoices related role or as a procurement buyer/sourcing manager
- SAP MM and FI modules knowledge & experience - a big advantage
- Functional knowledge of the Procure to Pay lifecycle - advantage
- P2P business process/operations experience within a shared service center environment - advantage
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with Senior Management
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects / assignments / responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Fluent in English
