JOB SUMMARY:-

A person with strong domain knowledge in Insurance & Financial Planning will be working in Agency Channel, managing & executing Training interventions across the Region / Branch. Proactive approach requiredin assessing the learning & development needs, effectively aligning programs / interventions with business objectives and creating / executingthe Training Modules in Agency Channel.

Location - Vellore, Ranipet, Arcot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Imparting Training to Business Partner advisors and Exide Life Employees (Agency Channel) as per defined and agreed Man Days.
  • Providing right training inputs & Sales support to Exide Life sellers
  • Post Training, on line certification through Inquisitive, of sellers on the trained module to be completed Once a quarter
  • Refresher training should be done before the certification & follow up with failed candidates should be completed
  • Drive traffic to E Learning platform / Microsite so that technology can be leveraged to maximize reach
  • Ensuring the measures of quality of business in that ofCSOs are above standards
  • Ensuring BP Authorized Verifiers are compliant on training requirements as per IRDAI and all regulatory records to be maintained audit ready
  • Traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendars, EDMs etc. timely and effectively with respect to Training
  • Conduct Skill, Knowledge & compliance based training programs for the Agency Channel field team at regular intervals
  • Organize and make presentations in internal and external seminars.
  • Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the stakeholders (/Field Team, etc.).

Content development for conversation selling skills, creating EDMs highlighting product features and USPs, refresher modules with questionnaires, etc.

Training interventions to be executed across geography (primarily at CSM Locations)

Measures of Success

Imparting Training:-

Average of 12 -15 Man-days of Training: Agency Team

Refresher Training:-

80% of the CSO clearing their quarterly certification

Ensuring right training inputs:-

90% Employees across vertical to attend Induction training

Activation:

Inactive CSO: 30%

Product Mix: As per plan

Ensuring Certification:-

100% Certification of BP advisors as Authorized Verifiers.

100% Certification on Products, ULIP, AML, Ethics & Compliance before licensing &records of 100% of these CSO to be maintained

Key competencies/skills required

Training execution, Training enabling quality business, Ensuring Agency Channel compliance requirement.

Key Highlights

  • Sales trainer will be responsible for conducting skills gap analysis, taking and monitoring calls, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training sessions.
