Job Title: Partner Management and F2F Fundraiser NGO Mumbai
To play a key role in development and implementation of the companys fundraising activities in order to secure funding for the Core Focus Areas of the organization
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting the organizational goals, set targets for the AOP. Achieve goals through creating awareness, advocacy.
Develop and be innovative on new fundraising models
Engage with the people, partners and motivate them to support the NGO by donating on a long term monthly basis.
Sets high standards for quality of work; monitors and maintains quality of work; works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way; consistently achieves project goals; focuses on the needs and satisfaction of internal and external partners; accepts and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm.
Training and Motivating of the teams, partners and their teams to meet the goals and objectives. Participate in the training program set by the organization. Coach and Identify training needs for team, partner team members.
Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner.
Innovative:
New Approach and mechanism to raise fund, creates innovative ways of designing products for own work area.
Working Relationship
Working co-operatively with, Superiors, Managers and Team Leaders towards organization goals
Establishes good relationships with external partners and staff; relates well to people at all levels; manages conflict; uses humor appropriately to enhance relationships with others.
Ethical, high integrity and honesty.
Willingness to learn.
Persistent and reliable.
Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
Produced detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives.
Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development.
Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
Participate in the day to day work of the organisation such as reporting, attending team meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
Represent the work of the NGO at events to members of the public and supporters, where necessary delivering presentations
Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role
Key Skills:Key Skills:
Proven record of successful applications for substantial funding from Companies and other grant-making bodies
Demonstrable ability to develop relationships with Team, Partners and their associates.
Experience of researching, funding opportunities in new markets
Excellent written skills with the ability to produce concise and creative proposals.
High standard of computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook and the Internet).
Meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritize own workload with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required to build relationships with potential donors.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure.
Ability to plan ahead and work within agreed timeframes. Ability and willingness to travel for work
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
Mandatory:
Working within a charitable environment, preferably within an international development charity
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire people

Experience of 5 years with a minimum 2 years as Team Leader / Manager as a Face to Face fundraiser

Qualification: Have Post Graduate degree in Development Studies/ Social Work/Social Sciences/Rural Development/Management or its equivalent
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
