Work Location : BDC 7, Bangalore
Qualification- Any Graduate.
Certificate or Diploma Course like CCNA, A+, N+, ITIL v3, , Networking would get preferable
Experience- 06- 4 years work experience in Customer support, Bpo, International Voice, Technical support, Service desk process.
Don't apply Fresher.
Salary- CTC upto 34000/ + Others.
Requirement:
1.All the candidates will be evaluated basis Inbound and outbound customer service along with the typing skills.
2.Candidates should have ability to understand the Networking skills (LAN, WAN, router, IP, power cable operators, landline vs wireless, etc)
3.Candidates should have good exp in Semi Technical Process
4.Education : BTech / BCA/ MCA / Any Graduates with Diploma and with telecom/networking background
5.Communication: Good verbal and written
6.Years of Exp: 1 to 4 years
7.Candidates should be willing to work in Australian shifts.
Shift Timings : 3:30AM to 12.30 PM (Aus Shift)
5 days working days and 2 days rotational week off.
Company Provide you Both Side Cab Facility.
Notice Period: Max 15 days Notice period.
