As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from the office
Work Location: Chandigarh
Candidate should have minimum 1 Year Technical troubleshooting Experience of Laptop/desktop/networking on Paper
Interview Place: Telephonic (PAN India Interview)
Job Title: Technical Support
Salary up to Rs. 4 LPA
Shift: US Rotational
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Shift: Rotational Shift. 2 days Week Off.
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
