Provide Technical support to customers for product voice logger. Undertaking installation and maintenance of voice logger.
Undertaking installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, printer and anti-virus security with troubleshooting.
Managing customer feedback and satisfaction
Managing all maintenance work for Voice Logger
Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications for Voice Loggers
Preparing presentations and Technical documents for customers
Demonstrations of products both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects
