Job Description

Reviewing legal documents of new entities and funds assessed for consolidation
Assisting in the roll forward and maintenance of external reporting documents in Workiva
reporting tool for SEC regulatory documents for various public entities, including 8-K/earnings
presentation, Form 10-Q/Form 10-K, XBRL taxonomy and proxy
Compiling consolidated fund footnote disclosures included within the Form 10-Q/Form 10-K
Performing flux analysis of consolidated results and of operating segments
Preparing tie outs for the 8-K/earnings presentation, Form 10-Q/Form 10-K and proxy
Assisting with research on peer disclosures and with the implementation and documentation of
new accounting pronouncements
Reviewing existing processes for automation and improvement opportunities
Maintaining a strong internal control environment and strict compliance with regulatory
literature
Assisting in ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by management
