Job Description
Senior Principal Consultant - MS Dynamics
In this role, you would be responsible for crafting and modifying computer programs by converting project requirements into code. Need to be a self-starter, able to work independently on a queue of assignments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for testing your own code as well as debugging existing code and be able to change priorities, as the work queue requires. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities- Consulting covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics Case Management solutions.
- Should have done multiple implementation (Dynamics)
- Good experience in solution architecture.
- Should have good support experience
- Knowledge on the latest version (CRM 2012/2016, AX 2012/AX D365)
- Should have experience on pre-sale of projects
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the account.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
- Good communication and documenting skills.
- A self-starter able to deliver timely results without undue hand-holding
- Work with project coworkers and business owners to produce results perhaps without detailed specs
- Experience working in Agile development environment
- Good Domain knowledge on Manufacturing, Finance and other vertical
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Dynamic (Case Management Tool) Functional /Technical
- AX++ / Dot.Net
- MS Dynamics Certification
- Good Analytical skill and highly proactive in approach
- Ability to handle & prioritize deliverables
- Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during client contact
- Ability to learn the Product/Platform, associated technologies, apply new processes and tools
