Stock Checking and manage store items.

Research potential vendors. Cost analyses of material.

Contact more than one qualified supplier.

Vendor development.

Inquiry and comparisons.

To negotiate favourable terms, condition and pricing as per company policy.

Finalized vendor with management.

Generate purchase order than send.

Track order and ensure timely delivery. 

Purchase records maintain and upgrade. Inventory control. Costing Project wise.
