Job Description

JOB TITLE: Inviligator/Proctor (Short Term Assignment)

Job Location: Prometric Testing Pvt Ltd, 3rd Floor,Tower B, Prestige ShantiNiketan, White Field ITPL Road, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560048

Prometric Testing is a US Based MNC with headquarters in Baltimore, USA and India Corporate office is based out in Gurgaon. We are looking for US Citizens or Green card Holders who are willing to work on a short term assignment with us in the month of June 2020; August 2020; November 2020 and February 2021 for approximately 10 working days in these respective months.

Per Day Salary: INR 10000/- (Negotiable)

Prometric will provide support with:

Proctor/Invigilator training
Assessment checking process
Travel and accommodation for outstation candidates (if required)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To take required security/verification precautions by checking identification and confirming requisite documents, eligibility, etc.
To monitor the candidates by performing regular walk-throughs whilst they are taking tests, in order to ensure a secure testing environment
To take signature of candidates while they step in/out of the testing room
To file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints
To provide security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used.
To operate hardware and other test center equipment. To support operations and technical personnel with data communications.
To operate a DVR, digital camera, telephone system, and alarm system as and when required.
To actively participate in Prometric quality assurance, audit programs and other company exercises and initiatives as a flexible team player.
To maintain the cleanliness of the Test Center
To ensure a safe work environment and to proactively highlight any health & safety issues
To complete TCA accreditation exams and to take part in training sessions as required

Required Candidate profile

Should hold US citizenship or Green Card
No technical skills or qualifications required
Basic cognitive and communication skills are enough
Will be required to work as proctors/invigilators at our test centers, where candidates come to give exams
