Job Description
Lead Consultant - SharePoint
In this role, you would be primarily responsible for design and development of SharePoint applications. We will work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities- To work closely with Project Managers and Developers to deliver successful Power Platform and SharePoint Online projects
- Requirement gathering; working closely with the business to establish their requirements
- Architecting, designing and delivering Power Platform and SPFX solutions
- Collaboration and participation as part of a broader development team
- Testing and evaluating new solutions as part of a broader development team
- Working with peers to determine the operational practicalities of any proposed solution
- Identify areas for enhancing existing applications and participate in the subsequent enhancement implementation
- Supporting the training of users in the business applications, develop skills and attributes for success
- We wish to perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.
- Understand business requirements raised through user service requests - design and implement solutions accordingly to a high quality standard
- We will participate in Quality Improvement initiatives as the need arises
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- B. Tech/MCA/Equivalent
- Knowledge and experience implementing Power-Platform components (PowerApps. Power automate)
- SharePoint experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online
- Prior experience in all phases of cloud enabled development from solution design to development, deployment, testing and maintenance
- Accuracy, end-user documentation and procedural focus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 / Cloud Technology platform and Power platform admin center options.
- Good knowledge of Azure integration and Dynamics 365 integration
- Good experience on Microsoft Power Platform Administration Foundation
- Ability to coordinate Power Platform environments. Build and lead environments.
- Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
- Proven architecture, development and implementation expertise
- Understanding of the value of out of the box connectors
- Microsoft CDS - Familiarity with integration of Power Apps Common Data Services and other sources and knowledge on data design and migration practices
- Microsoft Flow task automation - Understanding of technical aspects using gateways.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
