Key Responsibility 1: Domestic CS Coordinator
- Work effectively in a team to complete tasks and achieve set KPIs.
- Manage order and service delivery levels to customers by ensuring accurate receipting of orders, invoicing, documentation and credit notes.
- Develop & maintain regular communication with relevant colleagues on matters pertaining to customers orders to determine outcomes; including new customers SOP, new product codes, pricing and production/demand.
- Develop & maintain regular communication with external overseas personnel on matters pertaining to customers orders.
- Communicate with 3PL warehouse team to book shipments when ready date is confirmed.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse team to ensure all documentations are processed accurately and efficiently for presentation to customers after orders have been invoiced.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain customer shipment files including all relevant correspondence pertaining to the order, especially for Audit purposes
- To assist with other team members regions when team members are on leave to ensure productivity continues.
- Perform other Ad Hoc duties within the department and team as and when needed
Key Responsibility 2: Export Coordinator
- Previous Customer Service/sales and fulfilment Experience is essential
- Practical understanding of the Coordinators Role and Sales Order Processing
- Proven experience in effective negotiation and communication, both oral and written
- Exposure to modern ERP financial systems (eg JD Edwards) would be advantageous
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- 1 year minimum experience in an export &/or import role
Technical: Excel skill is must and Experience in JD Edwards ERP will be an advantage
Communication Skill - Strong Soft Skill and need to have a good command over English as a language

Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (With No Backlogs)

- 2 Color Passport Size Photographs.
- ID Proof Pan Card, Driving License, Voters ID, and Passport. AADHAAR CARD-Mandatory
- Previous Employer Relieving Letter or Experience Letter. (If Any)
- Current Employer Appointment Letter and Salary Slips (Last 2 - 3 Months) (If any)
