Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Office 365 Support

In this role you will serve as a global administrator of office 365 managing multiple office 365 modules (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Power BI, Stream, Forms, Power Automate, PowerApps etc)

You will be encouraged to have a very good experience on handling exchange on-premise setup, migration of mailboxes from exchange to Office 365

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of Exchange servers, AAD connect, Office 365 and ensuring uptime of 99.5%
  • Regular maintenance of exchange on premise servers, patching, upgrade and de-commission
  • Good knowledge of AAD and office graph API and Azure App registrations
  • Proficient with PowerShell scripting
  • Optimization and automation of regular support and maintenance activities
  • Has complete understanding of license, features, provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Mailbox maintenance, archival, auditing, in place/litigation hold, eDiscovery
  • Security and compliance of office 365 and monitoring of office 365 activities
  • Monitoring of upgrades in office 365 and ensuring appropriate actions are taken
  • Incident management and Operations experience as a Manager
  • Manage a team of 15-20 members
  • Ops Metrics tracking, Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting
  • Supervising and adherence to SLAs
  • Cross team coordination and Issue resolution
  • Superb communication and written skills
  • Flexible to come in any shift and weekends
  • Is an SME for Office 365 domain and helps end users in making them understand functional aspects, limitations, standard methodologies to be followed
Qualifications we seek In you
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
  • Good understanding of Exchange, email gateway and Office 365 setup and modules
Preferred qualifications
  • Post-graduation in CS
