Role Definition
Supply chain Executive is responsible to ensure right product at right time and right price.
Ensure quality check and control on products delivered
Complaints are being handled and addressed properly
Responsibility Deliverable
Monthly replenishment Plan within timeline.
Quality and complaints management and solution with in TAT.

Tasks & Activities
A. Procurement
I. Monthly replenishment plan
a. Collection of monthly sales data.
b. Available inventory across system
c. Pending PO details.
d. Growth trend for last year.
e. Any other seasonal factor to be considered.
f. MRP finalization by 30th of every month.
II. Purchase order to the vendors
a. MRP sheet to be shared with the DCs
b. Purchase order to be raised by 1st of every month
c. Tentative pickup plans also to be shared by DCs
III. Purchase of new SKU / change in product
a. Get Open book Pricing for product
b. Specification details for benchmarking
c. Testing session at HO
d. Trial at CMF Store
e. Monitor the performance
f. Roll-out at all the stores
B. Vendor Management
I. Maintain cordial relations with existing vendors
II. Database of Potential Vendors
a) Maintain a record of vendors who may supply us
III. Deals with only vendor who are in approved list of MCD/KFC/BK
a. Categorization of vendors
b. Priority to those who are associated with any of aforesaid QSR
IV. Vendor Evaluation
a. Continuous monitoring vendor performance
b. Switching from existing to A grade vendors
V. Maintain technical specifications of all the products in an easy accessible manner
C. Benchmarking
I. Product Quality benchmarking
a. New vendor product comparison with existing one done on an ongoing basis
b. Annual benchmarking with MCD/KFC/BK products
II. Price benchmarking
a. Price comparison with existing one.
b. 20% price difference from market to ours.
D. Quality & Complaint management
I. Control on EDRO
a. Continuous monitoring of near expiry / Damaged/ rejected / slow moving goods.
b. Plan of action accordingly
II. Stock Liquidation
a. Ensure products are consumed or returned
b. Action plan for inventory less that 45% shelf life.
III. Complaint handling
a. Qty / Shortage / Interchange related complaints are marked to Q2S/ KM foods and actioned within 24 Hrs. with RCA.
b. Foreign particle related complaints are escalated to the vendor through JKHO-SCM and addressed within 7 days with RCA.
