Roles and Responsibilities

We require someone with at least 5-7 years of hard core HR Operations experience with background into HR Onboarding, Exit management system, Payroll and allowances, HR Process and Compliance, Reporting, Leave management, Internal and External Audit Management, BGV Process, HR tickets resolutions, Query Management, Attendance Management and HR Systems.

  • Effective at stakeholder management and customer focused
  • Knowledge and hands on- MS Office and Excel
  • Has the right attitude towards work and passionate towards his/her work
  • Ready to work in a challenging work environment
  • Prioritization and time management skills and has an eye for detail
  • Problem Solving and decision making skills
  • To add on the role is challenging & demanding in terms of stretching beyond the working hours on need basis.
  • Maintaining employee records on HRIS and keeping it up to date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits, transfers)
  • Managing leave & attendance records on system
  • Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis
  • Providing accurate payroll inputs to central payroll team on monthly basis
  • Handling payroll, HR, statutory audits
  • Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.)
  • Managing statutory compliance for Bangalore location as per labour laws
  • Managing entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters, managing background verification checks by following set processes
  • Extensive coordination between - employees, managers, corporate teams, vendors

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Meticulous, must be able to work on tight timelines under pressure, multi-tasker
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ready for contractual role- period for 1 year
  • Good in MS Excel
  • Managing the employee engagement of 500 employees-Hire -Retire
  • Is located in Pune Location
