Job Description
Incedo is hiring Human Capital Management (HCM) Lead Consultant for SAP Success Factors or Oracle Fusion systems. Responsible to drive system implementation by coordinating with internal groups and external implementation vendor. The system will be applied to all of Incedo across our 6 offices in US and India. This will include processes across talent acquisition; core HR, L&D, compensation & benefits and performance management modules. The person will be measured against an on-time, on-budget delivery which meets detailed requirements.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree
Role and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with implementation partner to setup talent acquisition, core HR, L&D, compensation & benefits and performance management modules
- Drive process changes in internal functions so that new system functionality can drive transformations within the processes
- Develop and maintain a project plan, track milestones and mitigate potential risks to drive on-time systems implementation
- Coordinate with internal functional heads to identify requirements clearly and in a detailed fashion
- Clearly articulate standard reports and adhoc analytics needs
- Identify points of automated integration with MS Dynamics F&O and CRM modules
- Review design from vendor and work with the vendor to provide details and clarifications to remove implementation roadblocks
- Ensure proper documentation and end user training
Role requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working on talent acquisition and HR functions with a company of over 2,000 people
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with either Oracle Fusion or SAP Success Factors
- Demonstrated knowledge of implementing or using Oracle Fusion or SAP Success Factors
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and program management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at problem solving and interpersonal skills
