Summary
As a Senior Business Process Consultant, we are looking for an Individual to possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation projects.
This role will help you to enhance skills in the specialized solutions space of Public Sector Finance while providing opportunities to explore other related solutions under Public Sector and Innovation
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting SAP s Public Sector customers with the conception and implementation of optimized processes
- Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the Public Sector organizations when required.
- To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
- Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners.
- Close cooperation with the global Public Sector Hub teams regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics.
- Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI when enhancing industry solutions and services
- Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients in the Public Sector space and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
Role Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Public Sector Business.
- Should have extensive knowledge on processes in Public Sector or Domain experience in Public Sector institutions in the areas of Financial Accounting and Controlling
- Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
- Minimum 4 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role in the above solutions, Strong experience in S4HANA Financials with 4-6 of end to end implementation experience preferably in Public Sector Organizations
- Deep SAP Product Expertise in S4 HANA FICO Public Sector Accounting, PSCD, Funds Management, Public Sector Budget Formulation, Allocation and Grants Management
- Exposure to Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) and Social Service Management (SSM)
- It is desirable to have knowledge in Business Planning & Consolidation and SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager experience is preferred
- Proven ability to communicate with C level executives within an organization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree MBA in Finance / CA degree is essential
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Travel: Candidates must be ready to travel with varying period of intervals. Expected travel is 50-70% travel
