Senior Program Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Microsoft

The work scope as a program manager includes

• Analyzing how Azure Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases and competitive products are used in practice.
• Identifying user s pain points that we could potentially eliminate with software.
• Supporting feature PM work in design, project management by liaising with development team
• Tracking how users respond to new features and validate progress towards the set goals.
• Drive Customer / Partner Success by initial partner and customer engagements and support evangelizing and adoption of Azure Cosmos DB
• Engage with developers, community, internal sellers and field on Platform adoption

• A minimum of a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering OR 3 years experience in Data Engineering and Business Intelligence, Management Information Systems, related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience
• 5 years' minimum experience in either a) Product Management, Program Management, Software Engineering, b) Customer/ Partner project deployments c)Developer advocacy or Developer Evangelism
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL language and database concepts is a plus
• Ability to get up to speed on technical and business domain knowledge quickly
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English language.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
