Position Title: Sr. Manager / Director, Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Must have proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Human Resources Dept.
Working for IT and/or staffing industries in India is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, issues and aspirations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
- Lead, manage and improve HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage multi-location work force in multiple states.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sr. HR Manager or similar role
- Good experience with latest HR Laws & Guidelines
- Hands on experience with Payroll Process
- Solid understanding on labour legislation
- Complete knowledge on Compliance
- Should be good in employee Relationship management
- Experience on CLRA
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Education Qualification: MBA (HR & Finance).
