For Kochi, Pune & Belgaum - we are looking to hire candidate with experience into Banca Sales of min 2 year and max 3 to 4 years

For Mumbai - We are looking to hire candidate with team handling experience into Strategic Alliance or acquisition role with min 10 year and max 15 years of experience.

Position Grade M3/M4 - Sr. Manager/ Chief Manager for Mumbai - Team Handling Role

Job Role:

Channel Management:

• Servicing Existing partners (Banks /NBFC)
• Generate business through the partners
• On boarding New relationships (NBFC/Banks/MFIs) along with the team
• Execution of various projects & initiatives to increase product penetration

Candidate Requirements

Should have good PC skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)

• Strong acumen for customer service, effective problem solving ability
• Ability to Manage Conflict, Reconcile Differences
• Strong Negotiation Skill.
