Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven segmentation strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific Services organization
- Develop unique value proposition for said segments & design and execute marketing campaigns for various objectives (increasing awareness, lead generation, new product introductions etc.)
- Develop processes to track closure of leads generated from marketing initiatives.
- Build market intelligence based on primary and secondary research data, customer interviews, focus group discussions
- Work with sales and operations team to understand the end-to-end customer journey and design promotions and programs to drive increase in share of mind, share of wallet, revenue and penetration for services business.
- Develop dashboards & reports to drive regular connect with stakeholder teams to monitor and report progress.
- Establish connect with global & regional teams to drive country specific agenda.
- Conduct demos and trainings as required.
- Work with sometimes ambiguous requirements across functions in matrix structure.
- Incumbent with digital marketing knowledge to drive SEO/SEM and omnichannel marketing Campaigns will be preferred
Requirement:
Education & Experience levels:
- Engineering Graduate/ Post-graduate in Science or Biotechnology / MBA in marketing (preferred)
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in strategic marketing, market research, product marketing & marketing analytics roles in an MNC
- Candidates from healthcare, pharma & medical devices preferred
Skills:
- Customer empathy
- Strategic Planning
- Good planning and execution skills with appetite to drive results
- Strong analytical skills using MS Excel
- Proven ability for stakeholder management ability to work in cross-divisional & cross-functional teams
Willingness for domestic travel for 25% of the time (post- Covid)
