We are looking for a Program Manager for our organization, Candidate who has worked on Retail Domain are preferred. Immediate joiners or those who can join within 1 month.
Candidate must have experience of handling Fixed Bid projects and Agile projects

Roles and Responsibilities
Looking for techno functional leader with hands-on experience of building and managing large multi-site teams to deliver end to end application services . Must have product engineering with the technical program managed in .Net and Angular technologies. Rich experience in P&L Management, Demand management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Operations and Quality Management preferable from managing US clients
Primary Skills (Must)
1. Responsible to manage delivery and carry P&L responsibility
2. Responsible to scale up the delivery organization for the clients.
3. Experience of managing product engineering projects
4. Experience in enhancing and Support product environment
5. Experience in managing legacy transitions to latest technology.
6. Technology area managed Core technology (.dot net ) . Also have experience in working
in cloud technologies
7. Must have experience in managing Agile Projects & Fixed Bid Projects
8. Managed large engagement (with fixed bid and managed services model) at offshore/ onsite with multi-year contract ( North American Region)
9. Interface with key client stakeholders need to be extremely proactive.
10. Provide thought leadership to client and to the team
11. Extreme focus on Customer Delight and People Management Skill
12. Experience in Retail Domain
Desired Qualifications
1. Software Engineering background from a reputed educational institution.
2. Engineer with minimum 16 and maximum 22 years of experience
3. Has managed min 150+ resources and has the ability to scale up in a multiple projects scenario

Has worked on Fixed Bid projects, Java/Asp.net
