Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager able to develop and execute strategies to deliver datacenter spares warranty support models at cloud scale in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will provide an essential centralized function for global teams, where you will engineer processes, define, deliver, and operate scalable system solutions, and manage a continuous feedback cycle to drive sustained business improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of engagement for APAC regional spares operations, interacting with all APAC datacenter locations and driving spares supplier performance for the region
  • Establish and operationalize weekly monthly performance reviews to drive spares fill rate improvement and spares replenishment lead-time reduction for the region
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple disciplines and teams, driving influence across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment maintenance processes, including assessment improvement of program delivery capabilities, analysis insights of business performance metrics, and manage voice-of-the-customer feedback loops
  • Perform data analysis and presentation through SQL, PowerBI and similar mediums
  • Implement measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations, Procurement, Contracts Management the supply base, effectively building relationships with a wide range of influencers and cultivating strategic relationships globally
  • Drive automated solutions by defining engineering feature requests, enabling cohesive solutions that scale over time
  • Define drive to detailed program schedules, including senior-level program reviews to share scope, schedule, issues, and risks
  • Design, execute, and refine process and tool models to improve operational efficiency and enable scale for service parts operations
  • Responsible for managing continuous improvements and process initiatives in parallel to day-to-day business operations
Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of large-scale project delivery with 5-7 years of experience focused on supply chain operations, processes, and systems
  • Demonstrated supply chain experience, ideally with component parts or service parts supply chain
  • Technical problem solving and communication skills with a focus on process engineering and automation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
  • Adept in program management skill and coordination between multiple teams to drive scoping, schedule, and delivery of continuous improvement efforts
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven track record of strong critical thinking, problem-solving, solution design, implementing and driving closure on continuous improvements efforts
  • Eager to learn, curious, and customer-obsessed
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of key IT and service industry concepts
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft O365 applications, Visio, MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Well-versed in program management methodologies, approaches and tools, PMI certification a plus
  • Understanding of process engineering and software development lifecycle, including gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements; defining success measures, trend charts and other decision-making tools
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, planning and hardware service models
  • Expertise in deployment service of high-performance, highly available, large scale server hardware, network device and related technologies, preferably in tier one Cloud-provider datacenters
  • Knowledge and understanding of cloud infrastructure and datacenter issues such as physical space, rack units, break-fix requirements, and incident management
  • Lean/Six-Sigma training, Kaizen, Agile, CPIM/CSCP certification useful
  • Data mining experience with SQL and PowerBI a plus
