Job Profile:- Customer Service Representative are responsible for facilitating and creating strong banking business relationships with clients on behalf of their company. They are in charge of managing customer expectations and maintaining a great rapport with banking clients.
Customer Service Representative is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through resolving customer queries/issues. He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made. The BDR also cross sells the banks third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc.
Education:- Graduates or Post Graduates both can apply
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confidence and Presentation skills
Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets
Ability to analyze and research information
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Good sales and negotiation skills
Location:- DELHI, GURGAON & NOIDA
Salary:- 2.20 Lacs to 3.50 Lacs per annum
