SUMMARY
We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Merchandising / Fashion experts for the role of Business Process Senior Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center.
THE ROLE
As a Business Process Senior Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail / Fashion Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and therefore making this world a better place to live
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Domain expertise:
- Should have good understanding of Retail and/or Fashion domain.
- Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes.
- Should be able to relate to SAP s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
- Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Performing feasibility studies and process design reviews
- Support of pre-sales activities
- Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
- Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
- Develop and Assure quality of process models
- Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
Solution expertise:
- Should have at least 3 to 5 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the solutions with customer.
- Solution expertise in the areas of S/4HANA, SAP IS Retail or SAP FMS/AFS expected with certifications.

Educational & Other Competencies:
- Graduation from a reputed institute
- SAP Certification is MUST - either in SAP IS Retail and/or at least one of the Core modules in SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge & understanding of SAP AFS or SAP FMS solution will be an added advantage
Work Experience
- At least 12 to 14 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework
