We are looking for the Junior & Senior Executive-Designs & Client Relationship-Interiors Products & Services, Executive Site Works-Interiors Products & Services in Lady Hill Road - Mangalore.
Designation/Position: Junior & Senior Executive-Designs & Client Relationship (Interiors Products & Services), Executive Site Works (Interiors Products & Services).

It is an Interior Design company offering services in Commercial and Residential segments. It is the brand and the first Brand Store-Experience Centre(Showroom) is being launched in October'20.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
To offer and make quality & effective presentations on Pre designed Modular Units to the customers.
To entertain the customers-offline and online with complete details of the models on display at the Brand Store and on the website.
To select the exact module in the library of pre designed modules and offer satisfactory solutions to the customers.
To professionally manage the customers to build value relationships.
To manage SaaS based offer, offer acceptance and contract finalization.
To manage Quality Assurance-customers-external and internal.
To co-ordinate with other team members-Marketing; Sales; Production-wood processing unit and Site Works.
To execute any other works assigned by the TOP management, from time to time.
Qualification: Civil Engineer with diploma in interiors designing OR a graduate with diploma in interiors design. Proficient in software's like AutoCAD.
Gender: Male / Female
Candidate Profile: Female/Male, smart , energetic, Responsible, should be good/fluent in English, presentable, management skills, dedicated, and with a clear employment background. Designers, who will be interacting with the clients, And the other one is site works, for project execution. For all these 3 positions experience, thorough knowledge of Interiors Products & Services-Residential & Commercial, Standards & Specifications of raw materials; hardware; accessories; appliances are a must.
Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years for Senior Executive position and a minimum of 2 years for Junior Executive position.
Have good working knowledge in Interiors Design-Residential-villas; apartments; other and Commercial-Office
and Shop Fit outs.
Thorough knowledge of BIS-Raw materials; Hardware; Appliances and construction details.
Thorough knowledge in making production drawings.
Very good customer relations management with exposure of handling Start To Finish and post Sales services.
Very good knowledge in taking the site measurements and drawings.
Salary Offered: Senior Executive-Designs & Client Relationship: 40-45k pm, Junior Executive-Designs & Client Relationship: 20-30k pm, Executive-Site Works: 20-25k pm, negotiable for all the positions.
Job/Work Location: Lady Hill Road Mangalore
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners.
