Process Developer - Record to Report

We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:

• Journal Entries Creation and Booking
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance
• Intercompany Accounting
• Bank and Investment Reconciliations
• General Ledger Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL)
• Identifying balancing items and its clearance
• Escheat Reconciliations
• Corporate Reporting
• Internal and External Audit
• SOX Compliance
• Good knowledge in the reinsurance calculation of proportional/ non-proportional contracts
• Reinsurance Balance Payable and Receivable Handling Reinsurance payments and collections
• Creating RI Journals, handling accounting transactions and Performing GL Reconciliations
• Preparation of Reinsurance Bordereau
• Financial Reporting

Minimum qualifications

• B.Com
• Proven experience

Education: Commerce graduate

Desirable: - Certification in P&C Insurance

• Meaningful Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros
• IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
• Partner Management Should have experience in managing, process owners and various
• Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge

Word, Excel, intranet, must be savvy about being able to navigate web screens to download sop s, flowcharts, guidelines, information very frequently
