Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - Data Specialist We're looking for someone with architecture and design of data experience Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture and design of data structure consolidating multiple external data sources into unified schema
• Responsible for enterprise level definition of metadata and adherence to enterprise standards for metadata and database design
• Understand each sub-process along with process owners, identify current systems to develop field to field mapping from source to target systems
• Understand AS-IS process and prepare data mapping guide for the TO-BE Process in the Reporting world
• ETL & Data Modeling for the target systems
• Responsible for understanding the current database design, creation, modification and maintenance of logical and physical linkages and automate the reports
• Collaborating with project leads, business unit mangers to find opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications
• Crafting reports for executive leadership that optimal communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications

• Proven experience in data architecture and design
• Experience developing and implementing data lake environments
• Degree in data analytics and data science

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics or any planning tools
