QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
B.E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc (CS)
Prior Experience:
Should have overall 4 to 6 years in Installations and Configurations of OpenText xECM for SAP
Should have completed at least 1 end-to-end implementation of OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors
Skills / Project Experience - required:
Should have experience in working in OpenText xECM for SAP 10.X, 16.X
Should have experience in working in OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors 16.X
Should have ABAP programming experience
Should have experience in configuring xECM for SAP in SAP and OpenText Content Server
Should have experience in configuring xECM for SAP SuccessFactors in SuccessFactors, OpenText Content Server and SAP
Should have basic OTDS configuration experiences
Should have taken part in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of OpenText xECM for SAP
Should have taken part in at least 1 end-to-end implementation of OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors
Should have experience in configuring Business Object Types, Workplace Templates, Functional Rights and Perspectives for use in xECM for SAP and SuccessFactors
Should have thorough understanding of SAP document and data archiving using SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)
Should be having thorough understanding of retention management and ILM rules setup in SAP ILM
Should be having good idea of SAP Archiving Objects, Archiving transactions, Archiving Configurations etc
Should have taken part in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP Archiving (good to have one system decommissioning project)
Should be open to learn new OpenText products within a short time span
Troubleshooting and fixing issues
Skills / Project Experience - good to have:
Integration of OpenText Archive Center with xECM
Knowledge of Major SAP SuccessFactors Modules and SAP HCM
Integration of Document Generation tools like Exstream PowerDocs with xECM for SAP SuccessFactors
Integration with Electronic Signature tools like DocuSign with xECM for SAP SuccessFactors
Exposure to other ECM tools like Documentum, Box
Integration of OpenText ECM with Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint using xECM platform
Knowledge on OpenText, Exstream, StreamServe
Knowledge on ECM integration with Analytics, Machine Learning providers
Any knowledge on SAP and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Knowledge on SAP document and data archiving
Knowledge on OpenText Archival solutions
