Skills required
Role: Process Specialist:
Experience: 2 Years to 4 Years.
Responsibilities:To understand the process as SME and to assist Team Lead with work tracking and allocation, doing quality audit and mentoring and guiding other resources.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Claims Adjudication (Min 24-30 months)
- Should have Healthcare or Insurance domain experience
- Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
- Should possess analytical ability required to comprehend client and employee needs.
- A drive to exceed targets
- Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
- Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation.
Job Description:
- Candidate should have minimum 3-year experience in Claim adjudication domain
- Update / verify rate in Client Enterprise billing system
- To understand the process as SME and to assist Team Lead with work tracking and allocation, doing quality audit and mentoring and guiding other resources.
- Maintain work tracker, quality tracker and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- To create process manuals, SOPs etc.
Qualification:
Graduate from any stream
Team Lead
Experience: 4 Years to 7 Years.
Responsibilities:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Insurance Team Leader to develop and motivate a team enabling them to meet targets.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- A drive to exceed targets
- Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
- Should possess analytical ability required to comprehend client and employee needs.
- Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
- Should have aspiration & aptitude for technology domain.
- Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation.
Job Description:
- Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Claim adjudication domain
- Proactively manage performance identifying development areas and manage these through effective Performance Improvement Programs
- Conduct annual appraisal and monthly 1:1's with each member of your team reviewing and setting meaningful and challenging objectives and competencies in line with business needs
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring compliance to customers
- Take responsibility for ensuring that service delivered to customers are appropriate to defined SLA
- Meet the agreed performance from your team in line with the key performance indicators
- Go on calls with customer for each application as per the need.
- Handle escalated issue and responds to customer with sound solutions and work around
- Identify agents development needs and work with SME to schedule appropriate technical product and skills training.
Qualification:
Graduate from any stream.
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3 Years of full time education).
