Desktop/ End User Support Specialists must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in an enterprise environment
Must have strong Desktop domain skill as following but not restricted to them only-
Administering, deployment and troubleshooting of client operating system Win 10; Mac OS is an additional benefit
Advances level troubleshooting skills on Laptop and Desktop hardware issues
Basic understanding on Office 365 and its functionalities, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM
Experienced with supporting large International organizations as Tier 2-3 support to remote end-users and familiar with set-up, configuration, troubleshooting and repair activities typically associated with a large End-User environment
Strong expertise on working Ticketing system and SLA part associated with the ticketing portal
Having strong interpersonal skills allows technical support specialists to communicate with customers and solve technical-related problems quickly and efficiently
Should have ability to independently manage tasks and projects; accomplish to meet the deadlines with minimum follow-ups
Understand on Incident Management, Problem and Change Management; ITIL process and its best practices
Candidate should be team player, willing to share knowledge and engage in team development exercise. Should be open to rotational shift
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or similar field
Microsoft certification
ITIL V1 certification is an advantage
5+ year s Desktop Administrating and management experience
