Experience in SSL and VPN changes.
Experience in cabling support for switches and servers.
Monitoring, Managing and Administering of network devices like, Routers, Switches, Firewall, VPN etc.
Day-to-day operational network engineering support
Provide support and collaborate on network design and implementations
Develop, revise and review SOPs, qualification/validation protocols and reports with ongoing Key Skills: Provide updates at daily and weekly meetings.
Coordinate with Service providers for troubleshooting latency issues.
Should provide on call support for major incidents.
Drive Service improvement programs.
Experience/Certified with ITIL Fundamental framework.
